Lees Roofing

i was given lee's roofing number and recommendation by a friend. i called him and he called the same day and made an appointment with me to come look at the roof and give me an estimate of what it would cost. he called me back in two days with the estimate, and i hired him as his was about the middle bid i had gotten, plus i was impressed with his knowledge and his promptness in getting back to me. he started the work the next week. he tore off my old roof and disposed of the shingles. within three days, he had completed my roof, which had several peaks and valleys, and also a portion of a flat surface. the roof had been leaking at that flat portion and also around my chimney. he cleaned up each day when he was done for the day, and by the end of the time there were no debris anywhere - you couldn't even tell he had been there, except for the new roof he installed. it hasn't leaked since. he also suggested i get a more inexpensive type of shingle which had the same life and with the money i would save on that, buy additional insulation for the roof in order to cut utility costs, which i really appreciated. and it does seem that my utility bills have been lower this winter, although the weather has been rather odd-- cold for two or so weeks and then warm for about the same amount of time, and so on. i was impressed with his honesty, thoroughness, and the fact that the bill he quoted me was a little higher than the actual cost. i would definitely use his company again, and have recommended him to many of my friends, who have also had work done by him. although he does mostly commercial work, i was very well satisfied with his work on my home.
