Good. We weren't happy with the brakes still screeching and after a few weeks we took it back. They fixed the problem by removing the brake pads and soaking them or something like that. Anyways, they were very nice and we were happy with the service they provided.

My overall experience with Knoepfler Chevrolet was great. I expected top quality going into the dealership and I felt that way going out. My car ran great after the accident and the repairs where done in a timely manner.

They never do anything without checking with you first. Their work is really, really good. We have used this provider for many, many years. The overall experience was excellent. The price is a little on the high side, but we believe that we get great service. They are responsive, punctual, and professional.

I like their personnel and they are dependable. They have reasonable, competitive pricing. I wouldn't go to anyone else but them, even for collision repair. They are always honest and charge what they say they will.
