The service went okay. I would recommend their friendly service. They are easy to use.

I sprayed myself 4 more times before we got rid of them. Cost me 200 for chemicals online and I still have plenty left over.
After Jones PC came the first time they said they would call us after a month and never did, just saying.
I'm not blaming JonesPC for anything though. They did what they could. Bed bugs are super hard to get rid of.
I just found it cost effective to do it myself.

Jones Pest Control is the best. I had moved into a house and they came in and negated it and they came back after that once a month. They were very professional. They were very quiet; they did their job and left.
