Guarantee Roofing Co

I live in Vermillion SD and the local contractors simply weren't competitive. Guarantee used the same materials, cost 25% less, and was able to give me a ten year workmanship warranty instead of one year because they are certified by GAF. They even got me a $250 veteran's rebate from GAF. They were able to schedule the job in a couple weeks instead of a couple months like the locals. They always answered my calls (they have a staffed office) and showed up when they said they would. I highly recommend calling them for a quote. It's free and they don't get upset when they find out you're getting quotes from more than one contractor.

We had some problems with the work that they did, generally they did actual roofing work. It seems fine, it looks nice but we had trouble to have them follow up with completing some work that they said they would do. We had to call them a couple of times to be able to reach anybody and they just didn't get back to us in a timely manner. As a matter of fact, they're still a part of the original job that they haven't completed it and it was in the last summer that they did this. The pricing was good.

Roofing took 2 days.  One to tear off old shingle and second day to put new shingles on.  The price and the fact that the Hispanic family that came to do the work brought young children were definite draw backs to this company.

Excellent presentation of costs/benefits to start. They showed up when scheduled, did the work and cleaned up (most) of the mess. I would use them again for sure.

When I decided to replace my roof I called several roofing companies in Sioux city but I had a problem getting a response to my
request for a quote. Several didn't even return my call. I ended up with an estimate from Guarantee Roofing and one other company. Guarantee supplied brochures of products along with a written guarantee and a detailed quote. The other company 
 gave only a short quote. Guarantee was higher on their quote but their professionalism helped me decide to go with them.
They did a great job and I was happy.

We were very happy with them.  The experience was great and it was the best.  They worked with us while working with the insurance company.  They did what they said they were going to do.  They got it done on time.  The workers were polite and respectful.  They didn't leave the trash and the stuff all over.  They left the property clean.  They were a little bit higher; but the quality was good.
