Mark responded on short notice to repair our water heater. He was friendly, honest, professional and did the job quickly. He also made sure everything was clean and tidy after the job was done. I appreciate the fact that he was honest about the problem and didn't just try to sell me a new water heater. A great company with which to do business. Trustworthy.
