Auto Sales, Auto Service
Purchased a used Nissan pickup on Monday, 11/20/17, for $8600. When the vehicle was purchased, the "Check Engine" light was on. Was told it needed a new gas cap to resolve the issue and purchased one. Issue persisted. Then, 4 days later on Friday, I began smelling burning oil. Took it to my mechanic and was told that the service light was due to a $500 catalytic converter, and was then told that the vehicle would need an entirely new engine, at a cost of $4000-6000. Dealer refuses to pay for the catalytic converter repair, even after his misdiagnosis. Also refuses to chip in for a new engine. I would shop elsewhere for a vehicle.
