 + -1 moreI had just purchased a rental house and the heating system was in very bad condition. Mr. Trucke (Greg) inspected it and told me the boiler was about to fail. He located a replacement boiler but before he arrive to install it I was working in the crawl space putting some new hangers on the hot water pipes leading to the radiators. As I took hold of one of the pipes it broke at the fitting to the radiator and began spewing boiling water into the crawl space. I shut the system down and called Greg. He was there in about half an hour and loaned me some space heaters to prevent the house from freezing. After some discussion we decided the best thing to do now was to scrap the old boiler system completely and install a new forced air system with central air. This entailed also installing air ducts for the entire house. Greg had the whole job done in just a couple of days.
Description of Work: Responded very quickly to emergency furnace failure in very cold weather. Installed new system at very reasonable cost and very quick service. Very satisfied with entire experience.
