I know I can trust him because of previous work, so I was comfortable to have him here when I was of the country.
His tool were in the way during the job. This is understandable because we don't have a garage.
He encountered a couple of things in the job which he had not bid, and he did some at no extra cost and others at a very reasonable rate.
His work is quick, but not so quick as to be at the expense of quality. He had some problems getting the adhesive on the shower floor to dry after he tiled it, and delayed 3 days in the schedule drying it. Although it put him behind with other jobs he was doing, he was very diligent to make sure it was bone dry before he proceeded to the wall tile. I was a little unconventional with the shower, as I wanted it to be part of my man cave ultimately. I put in three heads - conventional, wand and rain, and he worked around the copper plumbing to get it exactly like I wanted it. He had not worked with a multi-head diverter before, but he installed it flawlessly.
If I had been there, I would have had him hang the medicine cabinet differently, but I was able to easily remedy the situation by moving it with my son.
I had delays in getting the door (special size special order) and the medicine cabinet (not stocked), so he had to come back to do them each separately, while he was in the midst of another job. The door came in first, and he came promptly at a covenient time to install it. Then the cabinet came, and he arrived the nest day to install it. I had also told him that the door didn't close right because the hinge side needed a little work, and he fixed that at the same time.

Greg was very professional and did a great job, he even installed a couple of ceiling fans (at a low additional cost).

Greg was asked to do a complete remodel of my master bath. He came over and observed what the details were, wrote up the numbers and heard from him within 3 days, his quote, I thought was very reasonable considering our friends had a quote for a new shower (only) and that cost was 10x that amount. He called me before the remodel was taking place and gave me the name of the store and people that I would need to speak when getting the items for my bathroom ordered. So I went to the recommend place and ordered everything. He started earlier than he was suppose to he took everything out of the bathroom and disposed of it all. When he was sheet rocking and texturing, he asked me if I wanted my hallway done because there were a few dent's and cracks in the my wall and my sons room (which were gaping holes). I told him he didn't have to do that, because it would take some extra work and we didn't have the paint to match it currently. But when I came back from my appt. he had the holes filled in the hall, with the putty, AND the wall in my son's room repaired which was way beyond the customer service I ever expected. Then of course there were some hiccups, like the sink top didn't quit fit right so he called he store where I had to special order it and ordered a side slash for it (HE DID IT NOT ME) He also cleaned out my sink drain and found my past, present and future diamond necklace that I thought I lost forever, most people would've just put the new pipe on and said forget it ,but he cleaned the old junk out of it. And due to that it was found... (: Also I would like to say I asked him to make me a 2 outlet instead of the one that was already there and he was okay that. Then on the last day of the remodel I wanted to change the drain cover to the sink, which mind you had already been set in silicone, and put to use, he swapped it out for the new one. He also went and bought a new toilet line because he didn't like the one that was on there. And he re-did the pipes with all new copper. He was very clean and didn't leave his tools lay everywhere, which having little kids is a concern for every parent.I trusted him enough to give him my garage opener so he could come and go if I wasn't here, since he does this on a part-time basis. I am VERY happy with the work that he put into my bathroom. He didn't complain once, I want my down stairs bathroom done also and you can bet I'm calling him back!!! Exceptionally the best customer service I have EVER RECEIVED!! I wish I could post pictures because I would. He did a very good job, very friendly to my dog and my kids. WONDERFUL OVERALL EXPERIENCE. THANKS!

He does it on a part time basis, but he still got it done on time. He was very tidy and cleaned up everything before he left. He is very good at what he does and can do a lot of things like, plumbing, electrical, etc.
