True Tile Flooring & More

They were punctual everyday, and they worked very hard while they were here.  They were respectful, quiet, and kept the work area clean.   It only took them 4 days to complete the job.  The only problem we had was that we didn't communicate what we wanted for the color of the cap that goes on the baseboard tiles.  Adam, the owner, had picked up some silver colored caps, assuming that it would be o.k.  They started putting the caps on, but when we noticed, we mentioned we wanted another color.  He was quick to apologize, and immediately rectified the situation by allowing us to pick up the color we wanted.  He then discounted our bill for the supplies that we picked up.  Overall, we are very pleased with the job, and would definitely hire him and his crew again.  I would also recommend him to others.

Installed kitchen backsplash---the grout was cracking within 2 months and I have made numerous calls trying to get someone to return to fixit and no one will return my calls.  THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!

Adam did a great job.  His attention to detail was surprisingly refreshing.  In a time when contractors and companies rush to get more jobs done, he was more concerned with quality, not quantity.  He not only made sure it was up to my expectations but his own expectations as if he were doing it in his own home.   He also gave me valuable feedback which led to a few changes in design based on his lengthy experience and numerous designs he's encountered.  I have him coming back to do my backsplash when i wasnt even planning on it originally.  I'm excited to see how this next project turns out!  I have already personally recommended him to several of my friends and colleagues.

Adam did a very nice job.  He did the first part on one day and returned the next work day to grout the tile.  He did review the work with me before and after the job and tended to details and my concerns very well.  I did have him come back later to work through one issue on a tile which he did in a timely manner and solved my concern.  I am very impressed with his work ethic and very satisfied with the job.

From beginning to end Adam has been very helpful and flexible with the project. He returned calls in timely manner, got info when needed, and did careful planning before project work began to meet my expectations of the work.  
He was conscious of my time and his time on the job and worked neatly throughout the project..  Cleaning up after job completed was done well and appreciated as was the final review of the work. 
This is the second job I have had Adam do and am very satisfied with his work and professionalism.  I highly recommend him for future tasks.
