We thought it was kind of high so we kept looking that might be reasonable. They were good at answering my questions and telling me what I needed to know about what would take to do the job and what would cost. We just found somebody with a better rate.

They're fabulous. The price was reasonable. They had some good suggestions, design wise and construction wise. We live in a house that's really old and they were able to kind of change designs when things didn't go with plans because old houses are unpredictable sometimes.

Craig has excellent communication skills. He will sit down and work with you. You have to have the plan and details worked out. His communication skills are fabulous for a contractor. He has a degree in political science, and the construction company belonged to his dad. He communicates well, which is half the battle. We ran into unforseen difficulties, but he approached us and made recommendations on how to handle the situation. When we first bought the house, the previous owner was working on a shower. He brought in a plumber and other necessary contractors, and we have a really nice shower now. He blocked us off for a week, so he wasn't doing three jobs at the same time.
