He's just a good small town mechanic.  He's very reasonable.  He's so busy that we do need to make an appointment.  He had another person working for him but he didn't like his work and let him go.  I can't say enough good about him because when my daughter needed brakes on her truck and just called and told him this is what we need.  I told him she is driving back and forth to college everyday and got to have them safe.  He gave me a good job and I never feel that he is putting parts on and getting paid more money.  I honestly think he can charge more and still nobody would complain.  He found something and he fixed it.  I had no trouble.  He did a great job on it and told me that the rotors were in good shape so there was no need to replace them.  Some places won't do a brake job without replacing the rotors because of liability issues so they claim.  It's a one man shop and a old gas station in it.   I like what we get.  I don't think I can get the quality work done any place else.  I needed a four day lead time to get in because he was that booked up.  If I needed it right away may be he wouldn't have been available but by making an appointment he did it when the appointment was.  He called me in less than four hours and had everything done.  His work was quick and good but I can't show up that morning and drop something off to get done that day.  He actually had been on a service call because somebody’s car wouldn't start that morning and he ran down as a favor so he wasn't there when I showed up but it didn't matter because I just went in and sat down and waited for him.  He was twenty minutes late.  It's not a shiny shop like we go to one of these big fancy places but as far as him being professional, his ability and his workmanship is all excellent.  I've got an appointment to get an oil change soon.
