I was absolutely delighted with the experience of working with Absolute Construction! As a Senior citizen and a single woman living with Iowa winter weather, it was extremely important that I could count on them to get the driveway and sidewalk salted and shoveled. Like magic, they arrived early, without fail, whenever the weather called for it, and did a thorough job every time. It was also a pleasure corresponding with their courteous and professional receptionist, who replied to email in a heartbeat. I recommend them most highly!

Absolute Construction & Home Repair have been completing a major historic rehab of our office building in Keota, IA. Due to the programs being utilized to complete the program, Jake and his crew have been working with our hired architect and engineer to design our certified historic rehabilitation. The rehab is being completed on a small commercial building in Keota, IA, that was originally built in 1897. They were regularly involved in making plans for the project leading up to the actual start of construction in August 2019. Their crew has been on the job consistently from day one. The project involves a top to bottom gut and rehab of the structure. Jake and his crew have been great to work with and have been very concientious and open about the project budget and have been great about suggesting alternative methods that could provide better or equivalent results at a lower price. We couldn't be happier with the work completed to date!

They always came as soon as the snow stopped and cleaned away all the snow. My only complaint was that they salted the the driveway and that washed into the grass along the driveway and killed it.

Jake is very particular and precise about his work . Likes to have everything right when he's done.
