SUNRISE CATERING

The woman was not very professional. Every time we met with her before the actual day she kept having to ask what our names were.  There were a few times that she did not have our folder with her, and made us wait while she went and fetched it.  They gave us a hard time about being half an hour late to our own wedding reception (we also rented the hall from them) when we arrived at the time previously discussed.  They said we were supposed to be there at 6 and we showed up at 6:30.  Does it really matter?  We paid $450 for the hall for the whole evening, right?  Anyhow.  The food was excellent, however, the wedding party and the rest of the guests only got to go through the line one time before they started to put all of the food away.  Quite disappointing for a hungry bride and her groom who spent $1300.00 on food.  You do not get to keep any of the leftovers, which was agreed upon before entering into contract, but we were assured that we would get to go through the line as many times as we wanted.  After all, we did pay for the food, right?  Overall, I was quite disappointed with the service.  Not to mention, they only had one bartender working the bar for our wedding reception.  She was probaby no more than 18 and had a very hard time serving all of the guests in a timely manner.  The reception hall was great.  We had a wonderful time, but in hindsight, I probably would have saved my money and got catering somewhere else.
