Called Joe from Thomas Exteriors and from just a few pictures of lost shingles on my roof, he had a quote within an hour and work completed in under 24 hours of my first phone call. He went above and beyond with assessing the rest of my roof and made a few recommendations. Very professional, reasonably priced, and quick to complete work. Give Joe a call for 5 star service!

Joe quickly returned a very reasonable quote for the services we requested. We have been remodeling an older home and needed a quote for removal of some older siding, residing the entire house and new attached garage, finish up some soffit work, and to finish roofing one side of the house. They did an amazing job of matching up the old and new areas of the house and garage. Neighbors commented that it looked like a new house popped up in a day. The small portion of roof was completed a week or so later. Joe was willing to use some supplies we had previously purchased to save us some money and we were grateful. Such a nice crew he has and they did the work so quickly and cleaned up everything after they were done. Now here we are 6 or 7 months out and we had a small hole put in our siding from a rock and Joe came out and replaced the piece of siding with some of the leftover siding for no charge. We were a bit nervous about changing it ourselves, so contacted Joe about our concern. We highly recommend Joe Thomas for all of your exterior needs.

Joe responded quickly to our request for service, his price was reasonable, and he completed the work quickly. He tore down our massive leaking chimney and patched the hole with new roofing. You can't even tell there was once a chimney there. He also did some other exterior work for us. I would highly recommend Thomas Exteriors!

Joe was prompt with coming out to give me an estimate, the estimate showed up in my email the next day like we discussed, the work was completed within a week of the inspection. He was great about communicating if he was running late. I will hire this roofer again in the fall for some additional venting issues that the house has.

Joe did a fantastic job! He investigated the issue with me inside the house and on the roof and found the issue that was causing a leak that was tricky to figure out. Other contractors that came out didn't even want to get on the roof. He fixed the issue and told me if the leak continued he would come back out. The cost to repair was reasonable. I would definitely contact Joe again for my roofing and gutter needs!

Turns out we don't need a new roof yet but I'll definitely be calling TD roofing when that time comes. Joe listened to what we wanted, explained what the issues were, and told us how to do some upkeep to maximize the life left on our roof.

I had a few shingles come loose in a storm. Joe responded within 15 minutes and was friendly and straightforward. I emailed him photos of my roof and the shingles, and he came by the next evening, on time, ready to go. He gave a very fair estimate and completed the work in about 20 minutes. I'll absolutely call him the next time I need any roof work done!

I hired TD Roofing contractors to replace the cap on my roof. The project was top notch. They finished the project on time and were willing to change the singles when found the color was not very match. Clean up my yard when job was done. They did good job with reasonable price . I will recommend them to my friends.
