Evan the plumber was pleasant to talk to on the phone. He was able to give me a quote and assessed the complexity of my problem within 2 questions. He was prompt, efficient, and his quote was right without any hidden charges - $75.00 flat fee to come fix my clogged toilet. The highest rated company couldn't fit me in till 2 days after.
