A lousy employee who was on a video call throughout the time he was here. Said he would look over the entire house but denied he needed to do that later but changed his mind and charge for full price.

I was not happy with the price that I was offered. They have pricing packages, and nothing was less than $300. I was charged almost $500 to fix one outlet. I had to pay a flat rate as well as the trip charge.

No complaints, everything was good.

When I called I was told there would be a service charge of 69 dollars. I advised I just needed a quote - I was told that they would be worth the charge, so I reluctantly agreed. I’m on a time limit so I needed the work done quickly, and they were the first electrical contractors to set up an appointment. The guy spent 15 minutes looking at the house, asked how many square feet it was and verbally quoted 60k because to touch the house would required them to rewire everything. He did not supply a paper estimate nor did he ask for the $69 dollar fee. Today they called and demanded payment despite actually doing anything. Buyer beware!! They are obviously into making money by charging visit fees than actually doing any work.

He did absolutely nothing but tell me what I already knew. Some of the wall switches do not work. He did not fix one thing.Charged me 360.00 and gave me an invoice of $17,000.00 (yes) to return to fix what I called them to look at in the first place. But never have I been scammed like this group of people. Initially the receptionist quoted 199.00 to come to my home for diagnostic tests. I said NO and she quickly called me back and said she would charge me 69.00 for diagnostic tests. When Shawn the technician arrived he no bag of tools only a stick to indicate the electrical charge from two wall switches. After about 30 minutes he told me it was going cost $17,000.00 for repairs. PLEASE PLEASE don't call for their service. It is a scam. The same experience I had with them will be the same if you do business with them. Again, I beg you DON'T contact them it is a SCAM OPERATION. Oh, I need new light fixtures in the family room and kitchen area and the $17,000.00 quote did not include installing these fixtures. Shame on them, I was scammed because he led me to believe the work that needed to be done was in the 360.00 price. Before you I knew it he was gone and I realized what just happened. He is a smooth talker and so is the receptionist. They make a great scam artist team. Oh, one last thing, he went into the garage looking for wall switches and now my garage door will not stay down, it will go down and then bounces right back up. The saga continues but I will stop here because I think I have shared my experience with WireOne. I hope you get the message.

Arrived close to on time at 5:45 PM to give an estimate for replacement of whole house fan. From my research their estimate was more than reasonable and as we discussed timing they offered to do it right then and there! One of the technicians (John) began taking out the existing unit while Preston left to obtain the new fan. They were done in about 2 hours just as they had estimated. They also did an 87 point electrical inspection with a report of the results. Very good information to have and no sales pressure applied. Preston's communication style was very calm and reassuring and we couldn't ask for anything more. To say we are satisfied is a major understatement.

WireOne contacted me after getting my request on Angie's list. They were prompt at calling me, making an appointment and were on time for the appointment. On the phone I was told about the price for the trip charge and told that I would get an estimate for the work before being preformed. The rate is not per hour which sounds good but can be misleading. I asked on the phone to see if our existing fan could be fixed (It was making a noise) and if not we had another fan it could be replaced with. The technician told me they don't fix fans (which is not what was said on the phone) so he replaced it with the new one. He gave me an estimate but when he replaced it he was not able to get the existing wall switch to work with it. He had a switch in his car but it was white not ivory and was $132. By then we were paying for the trip charge and the charge to install the fan so what was I suppose to do? To go back to a store or order online and buy a switch for approximately $30 and get the right color would mean another trip charge and appointment. I felt like we were stuck and overcharged. We also had an estimate to replace 7 smoke detectors. He didn't want to use the brand that I bought on Amazon. Instead he wanted me to buy the ones he had in his truck and install them for a total of $965.80. Nice technician and great service but too expensive so I'll use someone else when we decide to replace the smoke dectectors.

I could not be more pleased with the work completed. WireOne answered my call on a Sunday, arrived the same day, and fixed the electrical issue at hand. Preston, the electrician, was ver knowledgable and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this business for your electrical needs. -Justin

I contacted the company via on-line chat over Labor Day weekend and was told I would be contacted "shortly". After two weeks, I contacted the company and informed the representative what I wanted completed. I asked about a trip charge and was told there is a $69 service fee. I was not informed my credit card was needed to dispatch the electrician. Preston arrived promptly. I told him what I wanted to have fixed. When it came to the bathroom switch, I informed him that it was a three-way switch; it was replaced by a three stack two-way switch (I approved the change). I had my back porch light changed from a motion detector to a dusk-to-dawn light (I provided the light). I also asked him about an outdoor outlet that had tripped but I could not reset. He stated it was a bad GFI and he replaced the outlet.

went well, they do good work. A little pricey but you get what you pay for and I have not had any issues.

Horrible company,vthey come out over and over and call it diagnosing the problem, extremely expensive, what actually needed fixed, literally took a few minutes for nearly a thousand dollars!!! Now my dryer does not work and many ceiling lights and outlets don't work, call to ask if they shut them down for safety reasons.....they spoke of this, never got a call back, called them again, and was told they don't know, really, so now I don't know. Think twice before hiring this company!

Tim and Chris showed up on time and got right to work. they are a good team, with each doing his job. They put outlets up behind the brackets as well as the cable connection. It is neat and very professional looking. They rand 3 HDMI cables for my TV over the fireplace for my cable box, my apple TV and BlueRay player. All connections were hidden int he bookcase beside the fireplace. The price, at first, seemed high but after seeing the work they did, I understand why. They also performed an electrical check of my outlets, smoke alarms (which were expired and my home inspector didn't catch that!) Would I recommend them, absolutely. would I use them again, you bet.

I would never use them again. They had a book that when you have a job, they charge you a service charge to come plus they charge you for whatever they do. They charged me like 60 bucks just to come and they charged me over a hundred dollars plus to do my light switch so I would never use them again. I was just really disgusted with them. I was not impressed with them. It was just a loose wire and they charged that much, it's ridiculous. I couldn't believe that they did that so I would never call them again. Their pricing was terrible. He did fix it. They were very responsive and they came out when they said they would.
