He did the work we asked him to do and didn't try to sell us anything else

We bought blinds from Great Blinds LLC over 15 yrs ago. The blinds we bought have been awesome and held up very well. We finally had a couple that needed to be repaired. They came and picked them up and repaired them and returned them and did this without charging us anything. I tried to pay them but they would not take anything. Incredible customer service that is very hard to find anymore. I highly recommend Great Blinds LLC as they have great prices at a great value and provide exceptional customer service.

Andy installed shades in our home in every bedroom. He made some wonderful suggestions as well as offered prompt installation. We used him to install shades in our business as well due to his quality of work and value compared to others.

Andy repaired my blind straight away. The strings were tangled thanks to my grandkids. Very fast service! Very nice guy too. Cost was shockingly low for the repair.

I had a blind that came undone... one of the cords broke way up inside the bulkhead... Andy was nice enough to meet me since I live miles from his shop... He fixed the problem and then I met him at another location for PU... I want to thank him for doing this small project since I had three of this Blind in my kitchen and was hard to find a replacement of the same color. He is on my list now for FUTURE service... THANKS ANDY!
