Derek Deaton was extremely informative, responsive, and professional. I hired a different company for initial diagnostics and wish I never went that route. Golden Rule Plumbing charged me an arm and a leg when Deaton Mechanical could’ve easily told me what the issue was. I wish I would’ve had him from start to finish. I will absolutely use Deaton Mechanical again for any of my future needs.
