We did not get any response back for 2 weeks. We had to keep bugging the managers about the issue. They finally took care of the issue at the end of the month. The apartment looks good on the outside but really bad on the inside, there's little things that you find (issues) with the apartment. The managers are really unprofessional except for one (Ashley). I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Our family is now sick, grandma with bronchitis then progressed to pneumonia and I know it's due to the air quality. Asthma and coughing for longer than 2 week issues. Really hate this apartment. Please do not rent from this apartment.
Description of Work: The managers were really bad at getting back to my family. We had issues with the apartment (mold growth), one after another.
