Window Treatment Service
Since I have only just reported this retailer to the supplier of the wholesale lace goods, I have no idea, at this time, how it will ultimately be resolved. At the end of January, if I have not either received word from Bella Lace or received my merchandise, I will call my credit card company and get them involved as well. I learned after waiting for two weeks, that if the seller does not give you a specific ship date at the time of ordering, the buyer is required to give the seller 30 days from the time of purchase to get the merchandise to you before you can request a credit be made to your account with the credit card company. Bella Lace gives no specific ship date on their web site so they are free to charge your card and use your money, and you can do nothing about it for 30 days. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!
