HERITAGE LACE

Description of Work: On 12-30-08, I placed an order for lace drapes for a a new window and door I had just had installed. While Heritage Lace is not the company I placed the order with, they are the wholesale supplier. They are shown on the website for the retailer as the supplier so I contacted them. The first time I called them I had a problem getting in contact with the retailer and in receiving my order. The second time I called when I decided to report the retailer to Angie's List using email, as well as sending a letter of complaint to the retailer for not shipping my merchandise to me, even though they have already charged my credit card. Heritage Lace was most cooperative and helpful, supplying me with the date and time of delivery to the online retailer, the street address, full name and phone number, etc., none of which is shown on the retailer website. Elaine, at Heritage Lace, also assured me she would follow up and call Bella Lace to find out what the problem is and why they have not sent my order. Heritage Lace is a large and well run national wholesaler/distributor of everything lace and as such, they cannot afford to have one of their outlet retailers not giving proper service to their customers. Elaine has assured me she will do whatever she can to try to resolve this to my satisfaction by contacting them for me. I told her I am also in touch with Angie's List as well, and that this situation is being reported, regarding Bella Lace, located at 8599 Haven Ave. Ste. 301, Rancho Cucamonga, Cal. 91729, phone 909-636-3228. I also wanted to inform your members of the kind and reasonable attitude on the part of Heritage Lace in taking care of servicing customers indirectly. Not many wholesalers are willing to do that, none that I have found so far. While I didn't buy or pay for anything directly to Heritage Lace, they are still willing to step in and try to insure customer satisfaction of the end user.
