Reliable Remodeling

I ran into the lady who owns the company. I trusted her work but she turned out to be a real problem. I have an attic bedroom and it had mold in the ceiling. I had to install an all new drywall. She gave me a bid and started work at the end of August and ditched the job at Christmas without having finished it. When I told her that it was taking too long because she wasn?t showing up or showing up for only 15 minutes and working on other jobs she yelled at me. I also heard her yell at the crew. She felt I was out of line. It was unbelievable. She walked off with an extra $1300 of additional work that she hadn?t done. I paid her $5600 to pay for a new roof and she never paid the roofing company. She lied about all kinds of things. She did a really bad job with painting the drywall too. It was a huge job and there were lots of different things to fix like fixing the outdoors and steps. Her price was good, though. She was relatively new and there was an explicit agreement between us that if she did a great job I would tell everybody. She called my employer and filed a complaint about me. She filed complaints with every agency in the state that works with disabilities as I work there. I ended up being investigated and had to tell the investigators that I was a victim of a bad contractor. My experience with Reliable Remodeling was a bad one.
