Called and went in to get an estimate and decided to get it done. They did the work while we waited. Everyone was very friendly. The waiting area has a television and magazine selection and comfortable seating for customers. The original estimate was for fixing the gas line; they ended up fixing the lights to and the final price was still lower than the original estimate. Definitely recommend them.

After my initial stellar experience, I took a different car into Steve at Superior to try to isolate a front end suspension noise prior to a road trip. They exhausted all possibilities in locating the noise and found the most likely culprit to be some loose body material, which was easily tightened at no additional charge.

After a less than stellar experience at another repair place, I took the truck here. Night and day difference. They explained that there was the possibility of being able to re-machine the driveshaft depending on the problem. When they got it a part, they determined that it needed to be replaced and explained why. The replacement cost was half what the other company wanted to charge and they offered to try to find a salvage part. They were able to find the part and got everything replaced promptly.

The service was great, van was clean on the inside so no grease was on the seat,wheel. everyone was very nice and polite. Mike Bean and everyone were great and explained to my 77y/o mother all that was done. Heather in the office treated my mom just as her own, which mom really enjoyed.
