Dixon's Floors & More

After six months the carpet in the living room and hall started bubbling. We thought it just needed re-stretched. So when we later bought more carpet for our basement we had the same installers re-stretch the carpet. Shortly after it bubbled again, not just in the two areas but in every room. Dixon's called someone from Best Buy manufacturer to come and look. We received a letter from Best But and they determined that since it was not professionally cleaned within 12-18 months nothing was going to be done. We kept trying to call Dixon's and after much run around finally got ahold of Shannon. All she did was offer us us new carpet at cost!! After already spending around $10,000, for all of the carpet in our house I don't think so. We have a new house that looks awful with this bubbled carpet. Very disappointed with this outcome. I would have thought they would stand behind their merchandise. We purchased a different kind of carpet for two other rooms at the same time and they are still fine after four years.
