The ONLY good thing I have to say is that Anthony Christner is a very nice man.  However, his crew does only the roofing and he sub-contracts out the rest.  He left my house under the "supervision" of a 22 yr boy.  I did tell Anthony early on how unhappy I was with what was going on...advised him that I was unhappy and his response was that "he's young."  He doesn't visit the construction site and has no team leader.  It was one of the worse experiences I have ever had in my 60 plus years.  Not once, but more like 10 times I was told that a crew would be at my house by 8 AM, only to have them not show up at all.  All knew that I had cats that I had to catch and put in an extra bedroom before they arrived.  My cats aren't stupid and I was having to get up at 5 AM, close them up, move their food, litter pans, etc.  I am disabled and this was very h****** me.  Once I was told that they were going to work on the bedroom they were closed up in and another room on that side of my house.  So, I put them in my bedroom.  All of my pets are rescues and are very frightened of strangers as they had been extremely abused. ( Anthony knew my cats were my priority before he took the job ).  When they arrived Dakota ( 22 yrs) said a change in plans and I had to move my cats.  They were so frightened that they were scrunched under the shoe rack in my closet, absolutely terrified.  I told him no.  He continued to insist that I pull them out ( if I had I would have been scratched, etc and I wouldn't put them through it anyway ).  He kept coming back into the room after I had repeatedly told him not to as it terrified them.  I even moved a piece of furniture in front of the door to keep him out.  He pushed the door open anyway.  I e-mailed his office & told them.  I was called the "B" word, etc.  I could write an essay on what all happened here.  There was no communication.  When the flooring was finished in my laundry room on a Friday the washer was not hooked up to the water.  I was so disappointed as I had stripped my bed and it would have been 5 months since I was able to sleep in my own bed again.  I called and left msgs not only with Christner's but also with the sub-contractor for the flooring...I e-mailed...on Tuesday I hired someone else to hook up my machine & finish other things as Christner's ignored me.
