JOHN CARTER

I picked Mr. Carter's company out of the Yellow Pages in Oskaloosa, IA where I was cleaning out my parent's home. He helped me decide on a price for the home by comparing other home sales in Oskaloosa. After the papers were signed he showed it to two clients, and within the week I had sold the home for a good price. John paid for 3 months of storage at a storage facility for furniture I wanted to save. I paid for the storage after that until I had a place to move the furniture. During this period John helped me by including some of the items on an auction he was having with a 20% fee on the sales. John also transported the furniture for me from the storage unit to the auction site. He made a hard job, cleaning out and selling my parents home, much easier.
