   We got three different estimates. We had two other contractors from Oskaloosa come out and they didnt do anything like Affordable Services. Affordable services came out and measured the house, the widows, checked the insulation, asked us all kinds of questions. They did what they called a load calculation of the house. The other two companies did no such thing. Jeff from Affordable services sat down with us and explained everything in detail. He showed us that the other two companies were oversizing the equipment and guarenteed that their equipment would do the job and save us more money by putting in the correct size of equipment. He gave us options and let us decide which system we wanted. One of the contractors sent an esimate in the mail, the other dropped it off but didnt explain anything.    Affordable services came and installed the system we wanted when they said they would be here. They were very courteous, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything they were doing, and how everything worked. They went over everything with us. It is now July, the hottest weather we have had in a very long time and our new system is working beautifully. Our neighbors units wont keep up. Hmm I wonder why?
