The gas line had a hole in it caused by another contractor hitting the gas line when trenching for electrical conduit to be laid.
They were very professional, provided excellent service and in a timely manner. They were more than willing to document the damages in written statements and photographs for me to submit to my insurance carrier. Rates were reasonable. I would not hesitate to have them do work again.

The Comfort Specialist came to my home in the evening to do the estimate. He used a camera in my duct work to show me where the dirt had accumulated, and was very upfront and honest. The technicians were very careful of my belongings and left the house as clean if not a little cleaner. I have noticed an immediate change in the frequency I have to dust, and am much less congested when I wake up. I highly reccomend them.
