Told me in the estimate that: 1) counter over kitchen would be in two pieces -- it was three. 2) back splash behind sink would be one piece -- it was two, 3) It would take one day to install -- it took three, and 4) requested three holes be cut for the faucet -- they cut four.
Also, when they came to install the counter top for the island they incorrectly measured the cut out for the range and tried to blame me for their mistake. I had to call in another repairman to move some duct work for the range to fit (Big Creek did take the cost of this off their price). And finally they did not re-attach the dishwasher to the countertop.
