He was was excellent! This guy is super professional, and really knows what he is doing. He is a home builder by trade and is a true craftsman. He does things right and does not cut corners. He will tell you what the problem is, and will email you photos of the problem if you are at work before he begins repairs so that you can make a decision about the repair before he proceeds. If he comes across another problem that is easy to fix while he is working, he'll address that, too. I appreciate that he treated our home as if it was his own. Turns out our lower level window had never been flashed when it had been built in 2006, which is unbelievable. This is a custom home. I will definitely call Watts Construction again for any and all home repairs, remodels or additions -- this guy is simply the best at what he does, hands down. I only wish I would have used him to build my home to begin with.
