I have hired Dave before, and will continue to do so. He is knowledgeable, prompt, and reasonably priced.

Was in and out in less than 5 hours, (his estimate was 5 hours). Blew out the humidifier so it would work again, tested everything and got me set up for the rebates that went with my new appliances.

Quick and thorough.

Very fast and professional service. I called Mr. Stepp and within 30 minutes all my problems were solved. Changed a faulty breaker, and a broken valve, put in freon and new air filters. All other providers where too busy and too over-priced, specially because it was on a Saturday. Mr. Stepp's prices are very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him again.

It went very well.  Mr. Stepp was able to come with in a couple hours of contacting him.  He quickly got to work, showed me the problem and got it fixed.
I didn't rate the cost because I'm not sure what fair market value is for HVAC labor.  But the price was worth the quick repair.

Our furnace would not stay running soooo after a cold day of all my Mr. Fix It's fiancand eacute;'s attempts at fixing it were utilized :) we called here at 5:45ish on Thursday Feb. 6th. Dave Stepp returned the call within the hour and was here this morning Feb 7th at 8:00 am! WOW! He assessed the problem and cleaned a sensor that was dirty and VOILA! Heat again!! We were under a wind chill warning so it was starting to really get cold in the house and what can I say? He saved us from a very unpleasant experience!! I would highly recommend him!!

David Stepp (owner of the company) is one of the most conscientious, knowledgeable, superbly prompt and reasonable AC/heating guys I know. I will call him always for my heating and air conditioning needs.

It was excellent. The furnace was a lot cheaper than what other people had bid on. Other people told us it was gonna take a day to put it in and he did it in half a day. We've contacted him several times since that. We've always been extremely happy with him.

He was prompt and honest and would hire him again in a minute. He knows what he is doing and is very knowledgable.

Was done quickly and completed satisfactorily. The base could have been more stable. It is not a concrete base only an unanchored plastic base.

I woke up that morning to my furnace in my (new-to-me) house only blowing cold air. I got on Angie's List to see who I should call. I decided to call Dave Stepp. He was at my house in 30 minutes, he fixed the immediate problem and cleaned the system out, and explained to me and answered all my questions. He was there and done in an hour. I found him very professional and reasonable.

Price, Quality, Responsiveness and Punctuality were A+++. The professionalism I rated was based on contact over the phone and not in person. Personal professionalism was an and quot;Aand quot; and phone professionalism was a and quot;C maybe even a D gradeand quot; .... I was unsure I reached the right number and he seemed abrupt on the phone and did not even state that i had reached and quot;Stepp Heating/Ac - how can i help you?and quot; He answered with a and quot;yeah?!and quot; So, I was a little surprised by that but gave him the benefit of the doubt. So glad I did! He was the third person I had out to the house to evaluate my furnance issues. I was convinced that I needed a new furnance and he talked me and my spouse out of that purchase and even explained why everyone else was saying we needed a new furnance. He was so kind in in explainig what was wrong and I was even more positively impressed by the bill!

I contacted Dave on a Monday and talked to him about the services I was looking for (furnace inspection and installing a humidifier). He explained the process and what the installation would entail along with how long it would approximately take. Without seeing my furnace at all, he gave me a rough estimate. He also explained how this specific humidifier would work. I have some familiarity with furnace humidifiers, so appreciated knowing the specific ahead of time.
Dave was able to come to my house Wednesday morning. He was on time and very friendly. He got the job done in less time that he originally estimated (again, he made that estimate without seeing my furnace). He found a few issues during his inspection, which he corrected. He explained everything that he did and why.
With the humidifier Dave completely explained how it worked and how to make the adjustments needed. He was very thorough and detailed. The price he charged me was under his original estimate and was really a great deal.
If I have any other heating/AC issues in the future I will without a doubt be calling Dave!

The response and subsequent service call were entirely satisfactory.

Got home last night after being gone for a few days, and my furnace was not blowing out warm air. I got several recommendations from friends to call Dave Stepp, so I called at 9am this morning. Dave was here an hour after I called him. He got right to work, showed me what was wrong, then fixed it! It was a faulty ignition, which he diagnosed on the phone when I told him what was happening. 30 minutes later my furnace is working again! Reasonably priced, too. Thanks Dave!

Overall, very good experience. He is professional and knows his stuff.
