The carpet installation went well. However, the quote to replace two floor tiles was $100. By the time they were done, they had messed up the removal of the two tiles so badly that a total of seven tiles had to be replaced. This was due to just poor workmanship and they wanted me, the customer, to pay over triple the original quote for their shoddy workmanship. I paid the quoted amount of $100 and the owner agreed he would leave it at that. However, after eight months, they are now billing me for the extra that is their responsibility. I have tried to talk with the staff there to explain the situation, but they just argued with me and were belligerent on the phone.
