I bought a bike from them two years ago. It was a huge headache and a horrible customer service experience but I pushed through. I liked the bike and that it had incline/decline and since I work in another city during the week, I wanted to order another for that location. To clarify, I wanted a second bike, but I dreaded the ordering nightmare and 3 month wait that I experienced the first time. The model I originally bought had been discontinued so I called them directly and they sold me what they told me was the new replacement model. This replacement was "brand new" and not quite shipping yet but it would be shipping in a week or so. So I waited. Yesterday they called me (29 days after I bought the "new replacement") and told me that the "new replacement" was being discontinued but I could still get one IF I PAID ANOTHER $999!!! WHAT THE @#*$ is going on with this company? They make the mistake and want to resolve it by charging me more money? They are the ones that told me the new model! I'm done with them. They have a unique product, but nothing is worth the two nightmares I've had trying to get them. I'm going with another brand and won't be back.
