Once Tim scheduled us, everything went well. He was punctual, thorough, and efficient. He is very busy and this was a very small job (about three hours). It took a few weeks and several phone calls till he scheduled the work. Once that was set, he was on time, very efficient, and did a nice job. There was the need for an additional threshold and closure adjustment. He came back and took care of that.
He does have an email on the homepage but he does not check it regularly, which is frustrating. Once he returned a phone call and gave me his email, communication went well. The door is working well and we are pleased with the end result.
