Called to setup a time to quote the project and he was able to come at a time that worked for me. When he arrived to quote the project, we discussed size, type, quality of vents and returns. The next day he called with a quote and we setup a time to do the work. The vents look great and you couldn't even tell he was there (other than the new vents). Excellent to work with and fair prices!
