Appliance Repair
REPAIR MAN WAS FRIENDLY, SUPPORTIVE, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE REP. WAS NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND QUOTED WRONG PRICES. ALSO DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO GET THE HELP I NEEDED. PRODUCT IS ONLY TWO YEARS OLD, AND HAS BEEN COMPLETELY REBUILT. NOT THRILLED ABOUT THAT.
