+ -1 morePhone call resulted in Rob giving me information regarding different options, availability, and cost. We agreed on a blazing autumn maple. Rob came to the house, dug the hole after agreeing that the location chosen would be good. He came back later and planted the tree. A few days later we had warning regarding high winds. Concerned that the root ball might not be strong enough to withstand the wind, I staked the tree myself and left a message for Rob. He came that afternoon, checked the tree, added a stake, and provided advice regarding care of the tree. Throughout Rob was helpful, professional, and helpful.
