GLASSTECH WINDSHIELD REPAIR

I did not have glass coverage on this vehicle through my insurance but I still contacted them to get the name of a company they would recommend for this type of repair. They gave me the name of this company, Glasstech, and some contact information. I contacted the company immediately by email and asked for an estimate based on my description of the repair needed. I was instantly given a quote of $60.00 for the entire cost. By email (my choice of communication), I scheduled an appointment time based on what was convenient for myself. This company travels to wherever your vehicle is located. They offered me multiple choices for dates to have the repair done. I have a garage that he could perform the repair in but if you don't have a garage or shelter of some sort he will offer to find some sort of space in your area to make the repair. He arrived at 4 pm which is when I expected him, even a little early. The entire repair process took 50 minutes total. He had a vehicle with his company name and number on it and he was dressed very neat and clean in uniform type clothing. He was organized and had everything with him that he needed to complete the task. You can watch him do the repair and he will talk to you about it and doesn't make you feel like you are in the way. When the repair was completed he cleaned up my windshield and his work area completely and packed his tools back up and neatly organized them in the back of his vehicle again. I paid him with a check for the exact amount he had quoted me. Upon leaving, he shook my hand and said thank you and said it was nice to meet me. His name was Stuart. I told him I would send business his way.
