Very fast, punctual, did a great job cleaning up afterwards

Several men, 6-8, three trucks.  Arrived at 8:15 AM (scheduled for @ 8:00 AM).  Went to work immediately.  City did not show up to take down power line, so using ropes, the limb was cut and carefully lowered to the ground.  All branches taken to chipper.  Logs loaded on truck.  Blew leaves and sawdust off patio.  Blew debris off sidewalk.  Finished job in less than 2 hours.  Almost no sign they had been there.  Clean, professional, courteous.  
Price seemed high, but they squeezed us into their schedule because of the situation.  We also had little to compare with.  Would not have done the work personally for that amount.  (And probably would have caused all kinds of problems!)
Will almost certainly use again.

They arrived at the promised time with all of the equipment required and a substantial crew. After about 6 or 7 hours they completed the job with a through cleanup. This work was coordinated with similar tree removals next door. The boss (estimator) and the crew were all well trained for the work and acted with courtesy.

We used Weiss the last time we needed to trim a tree and loved the great job they did so we called them again. Over the harsh winter this year, we noticed that our backyard tree split in half. Weiss came out for an estimate and to determine if it could be saved by putting a chain around it. They didn't waste any time in telling us that it was a safety hazard. It needed to be removed very soon to avoid the likelihood of it splitting completely and falling on our neighbor's house in addition to our house. The owner contacted me personally to express his concern over our tree. In just the week between his estimate and our decision, the tree had split further. They were backed up a couple weeks, but moved to to the top of their list and as soon as they had a day without rain, they got to work on it. It was really expensive, but it was also a REALLY big tree. Other people we know have had smaller trees removed for a similar price so we think we got a fair price.
