Hawcott Lawn Service didn't stay in touch with us, so I had to call to find out if they were planning to do the service. We had a package of four services. They've done two of those. I've had to call each time, and they've said, "Oh, sorry. We should have been out there already." That kind of thing. I liked what they did do, when they finally did it. They did come after I called them.

They are very good. It's a local business. I've used them for a number of years. The guy lives in town, but I don't know if the business is out of Ames or here in Nevada. I've been happy with him. He comes and does whenever it needs to be done. I've lived here for some 10 years now. He's reliable. His quality of service is good. His price is probably pretty much in the ballpark for those kinds of things. I really don't know as it's been 10 years. I'm satisfied with his price. I don't have anything to compare him to. His responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are good. I would continue to have him do my work.
