They are the ones who supposedly help people with glasses if they can't afford them. They kept us on our foot for a whole year running. They are still not giving us the glasses. They used to be good back in the days. In general, they are good; but one in the Muscatine is not good. My fiancee cannot see things properly, so he needs glasses.
