Over a long time, Tim Kelly and his crew have always been there for us, no matter what we needed, or when. They stay with the job until it's right, and charge fairly. We've used them for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning, both installation and repair. Always topnotch.

I called this am and they came out this afternoon, because I have an Dr. appt. .They worked around my schedule. The technician, Mick ,explained everything as he went, very nice . He did things that should have been done by another company 2 months ago. Would highly recommend. Fixed the leak and cleaned the coils. Works good now.

I called on a Thursday nite when I discovered water in my basement even though we had a sump pump. They came first thing Friday AM and made sure everything was ok even though a friend had got it working.
I called 2 weeks later when the pipe sprung a leak and sprayed water into the basement instead of pumping it outside. the owner was there in short time. He fixed the leak and went back to the office to see if the part we ordered was on the delivery truck, came back and put in the new pump and a new pipe leading outside. They are really great and get a AAA rating from me.

We were impressed with how quickly they came to the house and how dilligently he worked to solve the problem. He did everything he could do and then discovered a major problem in the sewer line.

They are wonderful heating and air conditioning people. They are phenomenal. They understand that we can't afford to pay them right away and they work with us without harassing us over it.
