12X12 Kitchen remodel,....Took 12 weeks to finish!
I have used this business before and was always happy with the service and results but something has happened in the 2-3 years since I last used them.
On this job they often missed days on the job, pulled worker(s) off the job early to go to other jobs, gave days / times when the worker(s) would be on site only to have no shows.
When called to follow up the owner was always courteous but after 12 weeks I finally came to the conclusion this guy was flying by the seat of his pants juggling jobs and employees just to keep head above water.
This job could have been done in 3-4 weeks if the work was consistent and even quicker if he had more than 1 guy on the job at any given time.
Maybe you'll have better luck but I won't be using this business again.

Company was punctual on time I was told. They cleaned up after and during process. Instructed both husband and myself on operation of insert. Very satisfied with company and product.

Did not show up to the appointment I had set. I had to call them to see what was going on with the appointment. I took a day off work to be home for it. No communication that the one of the items I requested to be fixed wasn't. The worker told me the first day he could get to the area he needed, but found out later (when I went to fill the bath tub) that the pump wasn't working. I called them up to discuss the bill and that is when I found out they couldn't fix the problem.

They did everything involved: the electrical and plumbing and hooking everything up.

Work was done in a timely and professional manner. Identified a change in previous work performed on another matter (required by new code) and made the changes at the same time. Overall effort was within timeframe estimated and cost was too (though more than I was initially expecting). Have use the Boche firm for several needs and have been pleased with their service and after service support.

Had a clogged sink, so called for a plumber. I was new to the area, so looked up a plumber in the phone book. I was told price would be $100-$115 if they just had to use the small rotor. About an hour later, I got a call from the plumber stating that he would come over soon. The plumber came in and tried to plunge the sink, with no success. He then took a look around the house to try to determine the current layout of the plumbing. He decided he would need to use his electric sewer rotor. He brought it in, but the snake was jammed up, so he couldn't get it to operate correctly. He took the machine out to the garage and spent 20-30 minutes getting it untangled. He then came back in, using the rotor on our sink. He got the clog out, but left a mess under the sink and on the floor. He never asked for me to remove anything, even after I asked him if things were in the way, but ended up getting splatter from the drain all over our cleaning supplies and other items stored under the sink. I asked him if he usually made that mess, and he said yes. He said that he was told by his boss not to clean up, so it was up to me to clean up the mess. He was at our house right at an hour total.

A few days later, I got the bill in the mail. I was billed for 1.75 hours. I called at 4:50pm on the day I got the bill to ask about the charges, but the man told me he was heading out of town and didn't want to discuss it now, so would call back. He never took my info, but hung up. I waited about a week, and after never hearing back, I called again. I was told that they would take 15 minutes off the time, but I would still need to pay for 1.5 hours. I stated that this didn't seem right, as the plumber was at my house about an hour, with the chunk of that time spent fixing their non-ready equipment. He explained to me that I had to pay for the time spent going back to the office, picking up equipment, doing the job, then going back to the office and unloading the equipment. He said that the 15 minute reduction was all he could do, then transferred me to his secretary to give me a new total.

I told her I didn't think this was a good solution, but she didn't have a response. I still ended up paying about $50 more than he estimated.
