To be 100% truthful, there was a delay in him getting to my house... an address mix-up. I had nothing going on, so this was not an issue for me whatsoever, plus I know these guys often get into a job and find it takes longer than expected. So, if you're a stickler for punctuality, tardiness might bother you, but IMHO, people this picky about time are just plain unreasonable.
