They charged double what he told me and what I approved: we agreed to a six hour job. However, he brought a second guy along who hung out for six hours, and helped only for half an hour. So I had to pay for twelve hours!! He should have left, but they only brought one vehicle. Poor planning, abusive charging. Very unfair. I really felt cheated.

For that day they charged me a thousand bucks for 6 hours but he didn't another person there, I mean he would have been standing around that tiny little bathroom watching. They solved the problem but they charged double what they told me, double the amount of time, it just doesn't seem right. They probably did a decent job so I'd give them a higher score for that. It took a week to get it solved. I don't think it's professional because I tell somebody 6 hours and then they did 12. I wouldn't recommend them.

We have not received he bill yet, but they were punctual, courteous, informative, and two days earlier I had stroke for goodness sake. Talk about "when it rains - it pours. The Medical people were also worth writing home about. Mount Pleasant is a great little town to live in. Thank you Miss Angie. Ed W.
