It went well. The day I spoke with John on the phone he came out and gave an estimate. Granted we had work done in November- he scheduled us the following week and arrived promptly and prepared for the job. It's been almost five months since the work has been done, we've seen the snow come and go and so far no leaks, so I'd say they did their job; however only time can truly tell with this kind of thing. I hope we don't have to call again (unless we move) but I would certainly pass his name to anyone needing roof work.
