First of all, they said everything would be top quality so we didn't mind paying more. When the installer had been here for the first day, the quality of installation was terrible. He made a mess of the bedroom walls so they had to be repainted and outside the house the windows were installed unevenly and the siding was ruined in several places. We had to have a different installer come and finish the job. In the mean time, Deb wanted her money and said we could deal with the installer. My husband said that they could come and take the windows out. We'll see this winter if they are really energy efficient.
Description of Work: They replaced five small windows and installed a garden window in the kitchen.

Response from A & D Energy Efficient Windows And Siding
The Customers signed a completion certificate that states "I (We) certify that all materials have been furnished and the work satisfactorily complete as indicated in our contract" They also hand wrote a letter that reads "The Windows ARE GOOD QUALITY and after some installation issues, that have been RESOLVED, WE ARE HAPPY WITH THEM. Deb & Angela are very entertaining and keep their word if they say something." The member also gave us a thank you card that said "Thanks for keeping your word." The Customer wanted the windows installed his way and not the way we normally install wiindows. We did everything the way he wanted things done. There was a personality conflict with the customer and the first installer, so we sent out a different crew to finish the job. When the job was completed the customers were completely sastified.
