I purchased this vehicle from Anderson Ford in September 2012 and it came with 12 mth, 12,000 warranty which I'm always leary about because dealerships usually do everything they can to not honor those warranties. However, this time was a little different and they absolutely honored their warranty and fixed 3 major issues and 0 cost to me. They also paid for a rental car for the 3 days the had my vehicle. During the process they didn't miss a beat of keeping me informed of where they were at in the repairs and all along they assured me they would be taking care of ALL costs. They were very nice and professional, did an excellent job and the car runs perfect now. The dealership stood by their word.
