Crear Contracting was great! Kept informed of what was happening, and made suggestions. Always on time. Arrived on Wednesday July 26, finished on July 27. Always cleaned up after. What a great Company and with a great Crew.

Great work, great communication with the customer

They did a great job repairing my iron rail, which needed to be welded together. The contractor was extremely pleasant and professional. He also repaired concrete by railing for a finished look and advised me regarding next steps so that I can maximize the life of the repairs. I also appreciated the follow up calls from the owner.

Dustin is an excellent person to work with. Dustin took care of any issues, as soon as possible and was always available to talk. If I needed to discuss something, Dustin never surprised me with a cost increase, tere were never impacts or overruns. I would building another home, with Dustin tomorrow; he is a great contractor. I know Dustin expanded his crew, and they are excellent. Dustin has a new framing crew, he is making nothing but improvements for his business. Dustin really cares about his customers.

My first contact with the Crear Contracting was with Dustin Crear. I explained my situation and needed replacement of the porch/deck on the front of my house. He told me that he had a crew working at another sight nearby and would make arrangements to have them come and fix my deck since it was truly a safety issue. I was totally surprised when I received another call from Dustin advising that he could have the crew at my house two days early! Dustin even called me after the new deck was installed and wanted to know if everything was to my satisfaction. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, Dustin and Crear Contracting LLC!
