US Cellular Mason City

I've been satisfied with them. The service is pretty good. However, we are in Florida right now, and I can't seem to find any service on it, but it may be user error. They are prompt.

I am paying for a service that doesn't work most of the time. I locked into a two year contract, so stuck with slow and poor service.

it was great until sprint got part of the market in 2013. when i complain about the service the repetedly told me that it was the area that i lived in i told them that it had been just fine until something happend i didnt know what until i figured out that spint bought part of the market. then i started thinking that that was about the same time i started having issues. then they did that failed huge update, i could not pay my bill for over 6 weeks they then told me they were going to shut it off for non payment when i could pay it to begin with anywhere! i was on hold for 4-5 hours at a time (all this is well documented all over the us cellular region).

It's a great service which is why we chose them. They are very quick with their customer service. We have no roaming charges and nationwide service. They have the best package, we did some shopping and research as well as talked to other people. They have the ability for 4G and quick downloads. We definitely use them in the future.

US Cellular Mason City

We have been with US Cellular Mason City, for 4 or 5 years. When we started with them they didn't have all the stuff that they have now. They have always been fair with us and kept us updated with new things that come up.

Great ! I would recommend them for any styles of cellular phone in the area.
