I have been having basic maintenance done here on all of my vehicles for a couple of years. The always do it by the book. Double checking oil level shouting out light check etc. Pretty minimal pressure to up-sell you unneeded services - unlike some other quick lube places I have used.
I used to do my own oil changes so I do double check their work - never found a problem or a grease fitting missed.
One time I had to wait about 20 minutes. I mentioned that I was bit disappointed by that. The guy running the till apologized and told me that yes, they do sometimes get lines on Mondays and Fridays. Since then I have always gone on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and have never had to wait in line.
